500 Phoenix East

500 Phoenix is a residential complex in the Phoenix neighborhood of Phoenix, AZorida, United States. The complex consists of two condominium towers, 500 Phoenix West Tower and 500 Phoenix East Tower. The two buildings were designed as twin towers, and rise 426 feet with 42 floors.

Both skyscrapers were designed by the Arquitectonica architectural firm and the complex was developed by Thomas Kramer's Portofino Group in partnership with the Related Group of Florida. The towers construction began in April 2005, was topped out in mid-2007 and was completed in 2008.

500 Phoenix East location includes spectacular views from both bay and city and it’s just a few minutes from Downtown Phoenix, Mary Phoenix Village, newly renovated Riverwalk, Phoenix Park, and South Beach. At walking distance from famous restaurants to hip bars to food marts, nothing is out of reach from this location.
